17 the December 2016. IV Workshop for minerals and rocks identification. Geological classroom museum
Last Saturday 17th December according to our programme of activities, inside the 2th cycle of the geological classroom museum, we carried out an amazing workshop focused to scholars and students from 7 to 12 years old, to identify local minerals and rocks, theoretical and practical lessons.
We also discovered the magic of minerals thorugh local gemstones, pink garnets, red spinels and gold nuggets samples.

The workshop was really succed as scholars enjoyed both theoretical and practical lessons, interacting to bulk samples and handling mineral specimens.

These lessons contribute to make helpful the mineral and rock identification to scholars on site. Also the practical handling of samples and specimens empower the using of methodology which will help students in further applications of educative levels.
